Frank Nugent, owner, has been in the millwork business for over 30 years. He has also been married to his wife Nancy (right in the picture) for over 30 years! Loyalty and commitment is a standard for Frank. Through the years he has gained the knowledge and experience it takes to provide clients with the utmost quality of products. He takes pride in his customer relations through communicating and customizing anything to the individual's wants or needs. Frank's family owned and operating business is growing and looking forward to the future.
Molly Nugent, office manager, is our behind the scenes team member. While she may not be spotted in the shop very often, she uses her time wisely to make sure all accounting matters are taken care of. When she is not paying bills or creating invoices, Molly enjoys spending all of her time with her husband and children, Henry (4) & Kenneth (2). Some of their favorite activities include, bike rides, playgrounds, and story time.
Tyler Nugent, shop foreman, specializes in precise cutting. He is a great team leader that enforces quality work, produced in a timely manner. He enjoys sharing his knowledge with others and taking the necessary time to ensure operations are in proper order. When Tyler is not in the shop, he enjoys playing disk golf with his friends and going to the beach.
Jacob has been with Nugent Millwork Inc. since 2019. He is a hard worker with a willingness to learn. He has adapted quickly in the shop and is great at assembling fixtures. Being a father of three, Jacob knows how important it is to be dependable and within his first year he has shown to be a loyal employee and friend.
